Purchased a box spring. Waited a week for delivery. They delivered the wrong size. Took it back and tell us that we will have to wait several more days for a re-delivery. Girl at customer service (Andrea) very rude. Asked for a refund and we were told we would have to wait until the invoice is closed. What does that mean?
